Terry Samplaski

Associate Pastor of Worship
and Prayer Ministries

Terry Samplaski serves Parkway Baptist Church as the Pastor of Worship and Prayer Ministries. As worship pastor, his primary responsibilities involve leading our congregation in corporate worship. This task is accomplished through the planning of meaningful corporate worship experiences, leading our Parkway Choir and Praise Teams, and preparing major productions on an annual basis (Easter and Christmas). Additionally, Pastor Terry leads the prayer ministry at Parkway Baptist Church, which undergirds everything we do as a fellowship of faith.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Hardin-Simmons
University in Abilene, Texas, a Masters Degree in Christian Education from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from the Logos Graduate School in Jacksonville Florida. Prior to stepping into leadership in the local church, Terry traveled as a vocalist for the contemporary gospel music group Eternity.

Terry has been married to his wonderful wife Sharon for 25 years. They have three adult children, Jeremy, Jeffrey, and Jamie. His hobbies are golf, bowling, and listening to the bands Chicago and Earth, Wind, and Fire.
